Jim is the current Chairman of the North American Export Committee (NAEC) and former National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, after almost 20-years of service. He started his career with NICB as a Special Agent with the National Automobile Theft Bureau (NATB) after spending 9-years with the Indiana State Police as a State Trooper.

Jim is a graduate of Indiana University Northwest School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Criminal Justice, St Joseph's Calumet College School of Organizational Management and John Marshall Law School.

He currently serves as Executive Director of his Family's consulting business specializing in Risk Management, Venture Development, Financial Planning and Medical Payment Advocacy.

Jim is also Interim President and CEO of National Vehicle Service (NVS) a not for profit Organization that services the Vehicle Finance Industry in the areas of vehicle theft and fraud.
