Philip J. Crepeau

     Phil Crepeau is a retired Lieutenant from the New York City Police Department (NYPD).  He served the majority of his law enforcement career in NYPD's Organized Crime Control Unit, Auto Crime Division where he played an important roll in creating that departments Auto Crime School and initiated the first dedicated police department vehicle insurance fraud investigative team. Phil currently serves LoJack as their Law Enforcement Business Development Manager and represents CARCO, the premier provider of anti fraud automobile pre-insurance photo inspections to the insurance industry.

     Mr. Crepeau graduated with honors from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences. For more than thirty five years, he has been affiliated with organizations throughout the world focused on the prevention of crimes, including insurance fraud. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators (IAATI) and has served as the president of both the Northeast regional chapter (NEIAATI) and the parent IAATI organization itself.  He serves on the board of directors the New York Anti-Car Theft and Fraud Association (NYACT) where he has been an Executive Board member since the mid-70's.
